Exhibitor Registration

The following information is to help you with this year’s online registration process. For Exhibitor Registration the exhibitor “Booth Boss” – the exhibitor’s designated point of contact – will receive a company ID. All badges will be available for pick up on site.

Exhibitor Registration

To access your exhibitor records use the following link, select your company from the list and enter your company ID (this site will stay live throughout the conference): https://reg.jspargo.com/sc10/default.asp?caller=exhr

  • The Booth Boss can register their exhibitors for all conference registration categories.
  • The Booth Boss will have the option to add an “alternate company” for each of their exhibitors. If given, this is the company that will be displayed on the badge.

Attendee Registration

  • Use Attendee Registration for conference-only registration of any type.
  • If you are working at an exhibit booth but are required to pay your own way, this is the best option for you. Simply select your exhibiting company and the conference options you wish to attend. Please note: if you do not purchase the Technical Program you will be charged the $100 exhibitor fee. Once you are signed up, the Booth Boss for that company needs to approve your status as an exhibitor. You will receive an updated email once this has been completed.

If you (the registrant) or the Booth Boss wishes to change your status from attendee to exhibitor, you must contact the registration center at scregistration@jspargo.com. You may login to your record and change your conference selections at anytime, but the only way to change your overall status is through the registration center.

We have taken careful steps to give you, as the Booth Boss, control over your exhibitor records. The website can only be accessed with your company ID. This allows you to control who has access to your exhibitor records. While logged into your company record, please provide us with an onsite contact and phone number.

NOTE: Be cautious who you give your login to. Anyone with this information will have complete access to your exhibitor records. No one will be able to register online without your contact ID. If someone does not have your contact ID, they will have to contact you and you will have to register them.

For those exhibitors who do not register in advance, Exhibitor Registration will be open during the following hours:
